At Loving Hand’s Children’s Home, we are dedicated to nurturing the holistic well-being of every child in our care. With a compassionate heart and a holistic mindset, we embrace each child’s journey, providing not only physical health management but also tender care for their mind, body, and spirit. Through proactive emotional and spiritual support, we foster a sanctuary of deep understanding and unwavering support, ensuring every child feels valued and heard. We also employ animal therapy as a means of improving social, emotional and cognitive functioning as studies have shown that care givers who work in conjunction with animals have been perceived as less threatening and able to bond and increase rapport between patient and care giver.

We combat global issues while enlightening and empowering our youth, in our Edible Forest which offers practicality and teaches us how to live interdependently without exhausting our resources.

Loving Hands Children’s Home stands apart because we offer healing, therapeutic, and empowering community events designed to support children, youth, and families. Our gatherings provide access to vital resources, create opportunities for meaningful connection, and foster a sense of belonging. Each event is rooted in mindfulness, emotional wellness, and practical growth and coping skills, helping participants build resilience and navigate common challenges and life experiences with support. Through uplifting activities, education, and shared experiences, we cultivate community bonding, increase awareness, strengthen family systems, and promote overall healing and well-being for everyone we serve.

"Loving Hand has been nothing but beneficial for me and my future. They taught us the ins & outs about laundry. Even going into details about the tags on your clothes and telling us what each symbol meant. That was just one of the many classes I attended. Every class had meaning & were intended to enhance your future. Another facet of the class was if you participated and showed you were actually learning something they would reward you with a gift card. At the time i was attending these classes i was staying in a shelter. Those gift cards did so much for me. I cant put it into words how grateful I am for them. Not only was I learning new things but i was getting compensated for learning new things. Loving Hands was such a blessing to me I cant thank them enough. But there generosity didn't stop there. Recently i just moved into my new place. When I informed loving hands that i got a new place they decided to bless me even more with providing me stuff like utensils and art. Im definitely selling it short they went all out. I didn't really get anything for Christmas but Loving hands made me feel like a kid on Christmas morning with all the things they provided for me.
